The Mystic Order of Veiled Prophets of the Enchanted Realm (MOVPER), whose subordinate bodies are called Grottos, is an organization that is for Master Masons. While Grottos are not connected to Freemasonry, membership is restricted to Master Masons. While Grottos are dedicated to fun and frolic, there is also a serious side.

The serious side is seen in our Humanitarian Foundation. This Foundation is 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing "Special Smiles" to children with special needs by providing much- needed dental care for them. The program helps cover the costs of dental treatment, including hospital and anesthesia costs when needed, for children with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy (and related neuromuscular disorders), Organ Transplant recipients or those with Mental Retardation.

The Mission Statement of the Humanitarian Foundation puts it best:

The Humanitarian Foundation believes that children with special needs should live life as fully and as independently as possible. We are passionately committed to helping alleviate the suffering and improving children's quality of life by providing dental care for those who otherwise might go without, One Smile at a Time.

The Grotto Slogan is Good Fellowship. Our regular meetings are always preceded by a dinner. Because Grotto members are Master Masons, there is that additional connection and dedication to the ideals of brotherly love.
